The Pikes Peak Pickleball Alliance (“THE ALLIANCE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this website, PPPALL.net, to support our mission as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization promoting pickleball in the Pikes Peak region. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online services, and membership platform. By using our website, enrolling as a member, donating, or participating in Alliance programs, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
2. Purpose and Eligibility

All donations are voluntary and nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law. Donations to THE ALLIANCE, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Event participants may be required to sign a Liability Waiver and Release of Claims before participation.
